3. Free Service and Abuse Prevention

AkatoshLabs may offer free access or free-tier services to new users at its discretion.

You agree not to abuse such offerings, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to gain repeated access to free services;
• Using automated tools, scripts, or other mechanisms to bypass usage limits; or
• Circumventing technical or administrative safeguards.

AkatoshLabs reserves the right to investigate suspected abuse and to suspend or permanently terminate accounts without notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Website or its infrastructure;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
• Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit any portion of the Website except as expressly permitted.

AkatoshLabs may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time without liability.

5. Food Recipes and Generated Content Disclaimer

The Website may generate food recipes, cooking instructions, or related content.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All food-related content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only;
• Actual results may vary based on ingredients, equipment, preparation methods, and individual skill; and
• AkatoshLabs is not responsible for the real-world results of any food recipes generated through the Website, including but not limited to taste, quality, safety, dietary suitability, or allergic reactions.

You are solely responsible for applying appropriate food safety practices and dietary judgment.

6. Virtual Currency (“Bolts”)

6.1 Description of Bolts

“Bolts” are a virtual, non-transferable digital currency issued by AkatoshLabs and used solely to access or pay for services provided by AkatoshLabs.

Bolts:

• Have no cash or monetary value;
• Are not legal tender;
• Cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or converted into U.S. dollars or any other currency; and
• Are non-transferable and non-resellable.

6.2 Purchase of Bolts

Bolts may be purchased only through AkatoshLabs-authorized systems. Acquisition of Bolts through unauthorized means is prohibited.

AkatoshLabs reserves the right to modify Bolt pricing, availability, and usage requirements at any time.

6.3 Refund Policy

AkatoshLabs offers a refund window of fifteen (15) business days from the date of Bolt purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• Unspent Bolts may be eligible for refund within the refund window.
• Bolts that have been expended are not eligible for refund, unless the user provides a reasonable justification.
• Determination of refund eligibility and justification reasonableness is made solely at AkatoshLabs' discretion.

AkatoshLabs reserves the right to refuse refunds if Bolts were purchased through fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive means.

6.4 Fraud and Abuse

Fraudulent activity related to Bolts, including chargebacks or refund abuse, may result in:

• Forfeiture of Bolts;
• Denial of refunds;
• Suspension or termination of the associated account; and
• Additional actions as permitted by law.

6.5 Changes to the Bolts Program

AkatoshLabs may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bolts program at any time, including changes to refund terms or usage rules.

7. Third-Party Services and Affiliate Programs

7.1 Third-Party Services

AkatoshLabs may integrate or rely on third-party services (“Third-Party Services”) as part of its operations.

AkatoshLabs does not control and is not responsible for:

• Third-Party Services availability or performance;
• Third-party content, products, or services; or
• Any damages arising from interactions with Third-Party Services.

Use of Third-Party Services may be governed by separate terms and policies.

7.2 Affiliate Relationships

AkatoshLabs may participate in affiliate programs and may receive referral fees or other compensation from third-party partners.

Affiliate relationships:

• Do not imply endorsement unless expressly stated; and
• Do not impose additional obligations on users beyond these Terms.

7.3 No Additional Cost to Users

Unless explicitly stated, affiliate relationships do not result in additional charges imposed by AkatoshLabs. Any fees charged by third parties are governed solely by third-party terms.

7.4 Limitation of Liability for Third Parties

AkatoshLabs disclaims all liability arising from affiliate transactions or third-party products and services. Any disputes are solely between you and the applicable third party.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and materials on the Website are owned by or licensed to AkatoshLabs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AkatoshLabs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

AkatoshLabs does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

By creating an account or providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive electronic communications from Akatosh Labs, including emails and SMS messages. SMS messages are used solely for authentication and transactional purposes, such as one-time passcodes, account notifications, shopping list status updates, and transaction confirmations.

Message delivery is subject to network availability and carrier limitations. Akatosh Labs does not guarantee the delivery or timeliness of SMS messages and is not responsible for delays, failures, or message loss.
